Meet the team members of the Serious Injuries department
Sally Raeburn - Partner and Unit Leader
Sally has been a Partner of the firm for 5 years and currently heads up the Catastrophic Injury team that specialises in both Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury claims worth in excess of 3 million pounds.
She has a wealth of experience in handling complex personal injury cases and recently settled a record breaking case for the firm in the sum of £7.5million pounds. Her direct approach and attention to detail is appreciated by both clients and opposite numbers leading to early resolution of disputes wherever possible.
Matthew Jarvis – Associate Partner
Matthew is an Associate Partner and specialises in catastrophic and serious personal injury cases. His extensive experience in this field and his commitment to service ensures that he is able to provide clients, who have suffered disabling and life changing injuries a high level of service.
This includes providing ongoing support and advice to enable them to rebuild their lives to ensure they and their families have the highest quality of life possible. Matthew is also the firm’s MASS representative.
Jenni Aspinal - Senior Legal Advisor
with over 20 years’ experience in dealing with road traffic accident and personal injury claims, often involving fractures and other more serious injuries. Jenni is committed to providing her clients with a friendly and approachable service with the ultimate goal in resolving claims as quickly and efficiently as possible.
James Bowes - Senior Legal Advisor
James has worked at Silverbeck Rymer for 10 years, and after spending several years working within the fast track team, specialising in high end Low Velocity & Causation cases, has now dedicated himself to the Multi track team dealing with the more serious injuries.
James receives a great deal of satisfaction from building a professional rapport with clients trying to rebuild their lives following the traumatic injuries they have received as a result of their accidents.
