Sally Raeburn - Partner and Unit Leader

Sally has been a Partner of the firm for 5 years and currently heads up the Catastrophic Injury team that specialises in both Traumatic Brain Injury and Spinal Cord Injury claims worth in excess of 3 million pounds. 

She has a wealth of experience in handling complex personal injury cases and recently settled a record breaking case for the firm in the sum of £7.5million pounds.  Her direct approach and attention to detail is appreciated by both clients and opposite numbers leading to early resolution of disputes wherever possible.

Matthew Jarvis – Associate Partner

Matthew is an Associate Partner and specialises in catastrophic and serious personal injury cases. His extensive experience in this field and his commitment to service ensures that he is able to provide clients, who have suffered disabling and life changing injuries a high level of service.

This includes providing ongoing support and advice to enable them to rebuild their lives to ensure they and their families have the highest quality of life possible. Matthew is also the firm’s MASS representative.

Emma Jordan  - Solicitor

Emma has worked for Silverbeck Rymer for 9 years. Since qualifying as a solicitor she has formed an integral part of the client focused catastrophic injury team, dealing with traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury and amputation cases.

Emma combines her excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with her breadth of legal knowledge and expertise to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients, all of whom have sustained life changing injuries.

Jennifer Johnson - Solicitor

Jennifer Johnson is a solicitor within the Multi Track Department and has worked for Silverbeck Rymer for the last 3 years. She specialises in the more complicated orthopaedic injuries. She finds it very satisfying being able to build a relationship with the client and their family helping them to readjust following the traumatic event that they have been involved in.

Eimear Gray - Solicitor

Eimear Gray is dual qualified Solicitor for both Ireland and England and Wales. She has only recently joined Silverbeck Rymer Solicitor in July 2011 as a Solicitor within the Multi-Track Department.

She comes from a general background with experience in both commercial and civil litigation and since coming to England in June 2010 has decided to specialise in personal injury.

Jorge Eusebio

Jorge is a paralegal in the Serious Injury department and also assists all Solicitors within the team. He is currently studying with the Institute of Legal Executives and is an active member of the Liverpool ILEX Board Committee.

Jorge has worked with Silverbeck Rymer Solicitors for 2 years and takes great pleasure in helping all clients with any issues of their claims and actively helps in progressing their cases to settlement. Once Jorge qualifies as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal executives he will continue to develop his career in the Serious Injury department.
